Subscription Terms
GLOWD offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. This page explains how subscriptions work, what they cost, and how to manage or cancel them.
1. Subscription Plans
GLOWD currently offers the following subscription plans:

Prices are in US dollars. Actual prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase in the App Store. Prices are subject to change; any changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change is made.
2. Premium Features
A GLOWD premium subscription unlocks:
- All 11 ratio scores with detailed analysis and scoring curves
- Personalized glow-up recommendations for each ratio
- Unlimited facial scans
- Progress tracking with scan history comparisons
- Full Harmony Summary report
Free users receive: a limited scan with an overall Harmony Index score and a preview of 2 ratio breakdowns.
3. Auto-Renewal
GLOWD subscriptions are auto-renewable. This means:
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (weekly or annually) unless you cancel.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal price will be the same as your current plan price, unless we have notified you of a price change in advance.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until then.
To cancel on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find GLOWD and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app by tapping your profile icon, then "Subscriptions."

5. Refunds
All subscription payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, you must contact Apple directly:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the GLOWD charge and select "Request a refund"
Refund decisions are made by Apple at their discretion and in accordance with applicable law. We (GLOWD) do not process refunds.
6. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall GLOWD or switch to a new device, you can restore your active subscription:
- Open GLOWD
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Restore Purchases
This will verify your subscription status with the App Store and re-enable premium features at no additional cost.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
We may modify subscription plans, pricing, or features from time to time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance.
8. Apple's Role & RevenueCat
Subscriptions are facilitated through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a party to these Subscription Terms and is not responsible for the GLOWD app or its content.
GLOWD uses RevenueCat to verify subscription entitlements and manage access to premium features. RevenueCat acts as an intermediary between the App Store and the GLOWD app — it receives your subscription receipts from Apple to confirm your active subscription status. RevenueCat does not process payments directly; all payment handling is done by Apple. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
